I'm wondering what all of the hardcore X-Box fans will say when Playstation Home comes out.
They surely can't argue that their new Wii competitor interface even compares to what Home has to offer. Lol, voice chat while being able to share pictures is nothing like walking around in a virtual room, bowling, and allowing friends to view your pictures up on your wall.
and the X-Box 360 is known for being this hardcore console, of course Microsoft is trying to break that stereotype, but I don't think it will work. If anything the console will end up with a slightly confused demographic of gamers.
In comparison to Home where the avatars look realistic and give casual gamers the feel of the Sims, while not alienating the hardcore crowd.
I think Home poses a new ball game for the 360 and the Wii.
